Great quiet location near shopping, local pubs, and restaurants, but felt less touristy and loud at night. At 10 am, the staff puts out extra "treats" like croissants and pain aux raisins. This is not a guarantee as it's the leftovers from breakfast, but more days than not, we got one. In the evening, there are a couple of big scones and small mince pies; sometimes, these go quickly, but they are delicious! And cute with little stars on them. Beautiful garden with hanging chandeliers that lit up in the back. It would be wonderful in summer. Food is delicious. Sitting room in the hotel where you can buy wine, alcohol, ginger ale. Infused water (citrus & one other flavor) and hot coffee 24 hours!! The staff was wonderful and available all night. Super safe area. We stayed in a triple for 10 days with our adult daughter, and it was great!

This is a very elegant yet friendly, relaxed and comfortable hotel. It is in an exceptional position in terms of ease of access on foot to the centre of Dublin, being close to the National Gallery, Trinity College and Dublin Castle. It looks towards public parks both back and front, and certainly the room we had was wonderfullly quiet at night. The room was also very well appointed. Indeed the decor throughout the hotel is maintained to a high standard. Breakfasts offer a good choice with high quality ingredients whatever the selection made. As befits the hotel, all members of staff are polite, attentive and efficient. The manager was also much in evidence, keeping an eye on the smooth running of the establishment - always a good sign.

Wished we had more time to stay longer! The beds were super comfy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The layout of rm 208 had a decent closet with coffee/tea/biscuits as you entered, before large king rm, then the smaller queen rm, and toilet rm just off this. The windows are older and let in a bit of sound but once you close the curtains it dampens it nicely, plus the roadway is quiet at night. It was a nice touch to have a box of chocolates with a welcome message. Being just off St. Stevens Green was a treat - we loved the peacefulness of the area and yet super close to central activities.

Rooms were well furnished and equipped with an excellent shower. Breakfast was expensive but truly excellent, we had an amazing experience. Staff went out of their way to help us and the quality of the hotel really is high. Location is perfect for central Dublin and St Stephens Green. The hotel is right in the middle of Dublin but somehow manages to be very quiet overnight despite this.

The location of the hotel is great, as well as the service, I could call it impeccable. Very friendly, very helpful, trying to fulfill all your wishes. I loved the interior design and art, creating an authentic feeling of the Georgian era. A great breakfast, with good variety and attentive staff. The little details, such as free coffee and pastry make a enjoyable stay.
